Payments are handled via the PayFast integration. Select a card in 'Payment Cards' or add a new card to pay for accepted offers.
Zool provides a platform for connecting users. Payment disputes should be reported through support; we assist with mediation where possible.
Cancellations can be made via the offer or zool status controls. Check the offer details or contact the poster to agree on next steps.

An online gig marketplace for short and quick work, where you can either make quick bucks, or get quick help with your small errands so you can focus on other things.
To add new work, click the top right Plus button and provide your work details.
You will receive notifications if anyone offers to do your work.
Find all jobs you posted under the "My Zools" button.
Scroll through the feed for work that matches your capabilities. Click on the work card to see details and send offers.
You will be notified if a user accepts that you can do work for them.
Find all work you offered to do in the "My Work" button.
Exchange messages between parties to ensure you are both aligned before starting work.
Once there is an agreement, click on "Start work" to begin, and "Complete" when finished to satisfaction.
Click "Pay" to initiate payment.
Payment to workers will not reflect immediately. Zool releases payments to workers twice a week.
Ensure you update your profile with banking details and card information to receive and send payments.
Remember to stay safe and practice due diligence before accepting work.
